More about
Me
Hi, I'm Kadian
I've been supporting families through the postpartum period for over 16 years, but my journey started in Jamaica, where I trained as a teacher and developed a deep love for working with children and families.
When I moved to New York and began working as an au pair, I discovered postpartum doula work and immediately knew this was my calling. There's something sacred about those early weeks with a newborn: the exhaustion, the joy, the uncertainty, the overwhelming love. I wanted to be the steady, calm presence that helps families navigate it all.
Today, I bring that same nurturing spirit to every family I serve.

I believe postpartum support should address the whole family, not just baby care. That means focusing on your physical recovery, your mental health, your feeding goals, your sleep needs, and the unique dynamics of your growing family.
Every care plan I create is personalized because what works for one family may not work for yours. I meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and provide evidence-based guidance that respects your values and parenting philosophy.
Whether you're navigating multiples, supporting a preterm baby, or simply need steady guidance as a new parent, my goal is the same: to help you feel confident, rested, and truly supported.

Support
If you're reading this, you're probably in the thick of it or preparing for the journey ahead. Maybe you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure out how you'll manage it all. I want you to know that asking for help isn't a weakness. It's wisdom. You deserve support that sees the whole you, not just the baby in your arms. I'd be honored to walk alongside your family during this transformative time.
